Recruiting Pipelines are a new tool we built to help recruit influencers for brands.
How does it work?
Administrators can import an Excel spreadsheet of influencers from any source, and we will pull demographic and content information from their social sites to populate a dashboard. From this point, you can manage the recruitment workflow by rating influencers and tracking/sorting/filtering by their statuses, invitations, and responses.
As you ‘like’ and ‘dislike’ candidates, Recruiting Pipelines can add candidates to your list and generate a lookalike audience of best-fit influencers from across the social web.
How can I add new people?
To add an influencer you've worked with before, add them to the pipeline List from any dashboard. To add a new influencer, import an Excel spreadsheet with a URL column directly into the pipeline via the Recruit interface - you will be prompted to map your column names to the dashboard column names. To generate new suggestions based on your existing pipeline, click the ‘Refresh’ icon in the header of the recruit interface.
Recruiting Pipelines are at most 100 unreviewed users. If there are100 suggestions and you ‘like’ or ‘dislike’ 10, it will add 10 more; the list will then have 110 total users.
How do I get suggestions out of the Recruiting Pipeline and into campaigns?
You can invite candidates directly from the Recruit interface into a campaign.
