You can use the Posts Dashboard for an eagle eye view of what’s happening in your campaigns and to grab some quick stats as well. To navigate to this view click "Posts" in the main menu and then click "Dashboard" in the submenu:
This will show you 3 graphs at the top of the page. The Content Rating graph pulls together the post ratings from all of your campaigns combined. Posts are rated using a range of 1 - 5 stars, with 5 stars being the highest rating.
The Engagements graph shows statistics from all of your campaigns combined. Engagement tiers are broken down by no engagements, 1 to 10, 10 to 100, 100 to 1000, 1000 to 10000, and then 10000+ engagements.
The last graph, Content Age, shows just that -- how old your content is. The graph is broken into categories starting with last day, last week, last two weeks, last month, last three months, last six months, last year, and older posts (any content that is over 1 year old).
The next section below shows your Featured Posts in all campaigns. From here you can see content ratings and engagement stats for any posts that have been tagged as "Featured":
If you click on the "Actions" button within a featured post card and select Email User, you can send an email to the influencer who created that post. You can also click on the "Send To..." button and select Word Document to export the featured post content into a MS Word Document (.doc):
Most Engaging Content
The next section will show your Most Engaging Content from all campaigns. From here you can see what influencer posts are performing the best and get insight into what types of posts perform better than others. In the screenshot below, you can see that the first two posts from Daniel and Jack are from their blogs, and the third post from Isabel was posted on Instagram. We can also see the dates of these posts and the content rating along with the measured engagements:
Top Rated Posts
The final section of the Posts Dashboard shows us our Top Rated Posts. This view will show the posts that have been rated the highest on a scale of 1 to 5 stars. By default, this section will display 6 of your top rated posts ordered by date, starting with the post that was published most recently:
In any of these 3 sections in the Posts Dashboard, you can click the title of a post to view more options and statistics:
