Owned Users are influencers and other user accounts that have interacted with your channel. They come from various sources, like users you've imported, users that signed up through your branded Influencer Hub, and users you've activated and successfully worked with.
To view your Owned Users, visit the "Users" section of the dashboard and then click "Owned Users" in the submenu:
Searching, Sorting and Filtering
As you continue to acquire more and more owned users, you will likely have situations where you need to find a particular influencer or filter them by specific criteria. The platform has a variety of tools at your disposal to help with managing and searching through your growing list of owned users.
To perform a search, locate the Search widget in the sidebar on the right side of the page:
The search tool has plenty of options to help you find exactly which users you are looking for. To access all of the available search options and criteria, click the arrows next to "Community", "Demographics and Content", and "Social" to expand those sections.
Your options for filtering users are located in the Search widget, in the sections called "Community", "Demographics and Content", and "Social". Click on the arrow next to one of these sections to expand it and see the options available to you.
Finally, to sort your owned users by a particular criterion just select either the ascending or descending arrow next to it:
Organizing with Lists
Lists are used to manage and organize influencers that you wish to use for your campaign. Whenever you create a new campaign, you will initially be asked to either create a new user list or attach an existing one. You can think of a list as the actual link between your campaign and the influencers that you would like to participate in it.
It is also worth mentioning that Lists are only visible to you, the campaign manager, and that none of your owned users will be aware of any lists they are being added to or removed from.
If you want to remove duplicate influencers between lists, remove influencers who are on one list from another or adding influencers into lists within a similar category or campaign strategy you can do this in the Tools and Actions widget.
First select the list you would like to add or remove by clicking the magnifying glass icon on the top right. Under "Filter By" find the list you would like to edit in the "List" field. Then, click into "Action & Tools", found by clicking the icon with three horizontal lines to the right of the magnifying glass, under "Select Users From" choose a list you which has users you would like to add or remove from your first list. Select appropriately and click either "Add Selected to List" or "Remove Selected".
Organizing with Badges
Similar to lists, you can also organize your owned users with the help of Badges. This is an excellent way to recognize your best contributors, and can help campaign managers keep track of the influencers who produce the best content:
Keep in mind that unlike lists, however, badges are visible to the user that you give one to. Similarly, a user can also see when one of their badges has been removed.
