Scoring and rating influencers is a feature of our Lists system, which helps you keep influencers organized.
Influencers are scored per list, which allows you to rate someone a "4" on one list but an "8" on a different one -- this is useful when you have different lists that serve different purposes, like candidates for street style campaigns versus candidates for high fashion campaigns.
Scores are averaged for an influencer on a list, so if you rate an influencer a 5 on a list and your coworker rates the same influencer a 9 on the same list, that influencer's score will be 7.
Lists can be connected to campaigns, and we can use your scores to hone the targeting for your campaign.
Rating a Single Influencer
If you're on a List page or the Influencers page, you'll see cards that look like the one below. To rate the influencer, just click the corresponding star. If you want to rate them an "8", click on the 8th star, as below. You should see a checkmark on the 8th star after a short moment:
Additionally, if you click on the user's name to open their Detail view, you'll see a tool widget on the right side of the popup. As before, click on the star corresponding to the score you want to give the influencer.
Rating Multiple Influencers at Once
From both the Cards view and the Table view, you can use the checkboxes corresponding to each influencer to select multiple influencers. Using the List Management tool on the right side of the page, click the Select a Score button and click the score you wish to apply to the selected influencers:
Rating Users from Elsewhere in the Dashboard
The click-a-star rating tool above only appears on an influencer when you're looking at a Lists page. If you wish to rate an influencer from elsewhere in the dashboard, from the Email Inbox tool, for instance, you can use the Lists management tool in the User Detail View.
The Lists management tool shows you all of the lists the influencer is in, their score on that list, and their rank. You can use this tool from anywhere in the dashboard, but when rating candidates for your campaign using the star tool is much quicker!
Adding a Note to an Influencer
In addition to star ratings you can leave yourself notes on particular influencers. This helps in scenarios where you really liked working with a particular creator and if you want to remember something specific about working with them.
