Creating and Submitting Drafts

If drafts are part of your campaign requirements you will need to create drafts of your work, and get them approved, before you're able to post on your channels.

1) Create the draft

Note: the draft must have a title AND copy written in the text box. Otherwise it will not save.

2) Receive & Review feedback

You will receive feedback on each draft that you provide. You can comment directly on the draft to communicate with the reviewer.

3) Edit the draft

You may need to minimize the "preview" pane in order to get to the editable version of your draft.

4) Wait for approval

You will not be able to move forward in the dashboard until the minimum number of drafts is approved.

Examples:

  • Requirements are 1 blog post and 2 Instagram posts; drafts are only required for the blog post.
    • You will be able to move forward once your ONE draft is approved.
  • Requirements are 1 blog post and 2 Instagram posts; drafts are only required for the Instagram posts.
    • You will be able to move forward once your TWO drafts are approved.
  • Requirements are 1 blog post and 2 Instagram posts; drafts are required for all posts.
    • You will be able to move forward once your THREE drafts are approved.

You will receive an email notification for each draft that is accepted. When you login, you will see that the status of the draft has gone from "open" to "accepted".
