Channel Settings

Your dashboard, or Channel, has a variety of settings and options that you can take advantage of to provide users with a customized experience.

To visit your Channel's settings page, visit your dashboard and click Settings in the main menu:

General Settings

The General Settings page is where you control things like branding & identity, page titles, the look & feel of your Influencer Hub, and much more. Use the menu in the left-hand sidebar to navigate through the different sections of this page:

You can also expand/collapse each section by clicking the icon in the top-right corner of the panel:

After making changes in any of the sections on this page, make sure to click the "Save this Section" button at the bottom of the panel:

The first section, Basic Settings, is where your Channel's core settings are defined such as the name of the Channel, the URL for your dashboard and where support e-mails should be directed to:

NOTE: Once your dashboard is live, we strongly recommend that you do not change the values for Primary URL and Dashboard URL. Changing these values can result in users no longer being able to locate your dashboard.

The second section, Influencer Hub Settings, controls the look and feel or the Influencer Hub, which is the dashboard that your users will see when they contribute to a campaign. Here you can customize things like titles, text, the header logo, a background image in the masthead, your Channel's "About" page and much more:

There are several options in this section, but below are some important ones to take note of: 

Welcome Email / Badge Notifications - Control whether or not your users receive these emails, and edit their respective email templates:

Inner Circle - Enable / Disable the Inner Circle Forum that your influencers can use to ask questions and communicate with each other:

Show Badges/Achievements - Enable this option if you would like to give badges to your users when they complete certain milestones:

Collect Payment Details - Enable this option if you would like to include a step in your campaign's workflow for collecting payment details from your users:

Custom CSS - Add your own CSS rules here to further customize the look of your influencer hub (recommended for advanced users only):

The third section, Management Dash Settings, controls the settings for your channel's main dashboard (the one you use for creating campaigns, activating users, etc). This is your internal dashboard, and is not accessible by any of your influencers.

In this section you can control the default workflow template that is used for new campaigns, the logo that appears in the header, a banner image for logged-out users, custom CSS and more:


Email Copy

The Email Copy page is where you can control the title and content for email templates you use to communicate with your influencers. In the Settings sub-menu, click the tab for Email Copy:

Select a template from the menu on the right side, and when you are finished editing the template be sure to click the save button at the bottom:



Badges can be given to influencers as a way to show that you appreciate the work that they are doing. For example, you can create a badge for users who have consistently met posting requirements for a certain number of campaigns, or a badge for users whose post(s) have reached a certain level of engagement on social media. The reasons for giving badges are entirely up to you, and users will often show off the accomplishment by displaying these badges on their own blogs.

To manage your badges, click Badges in the Settings sub-menu:

To edit an existing badge, click its name in the widget on the right side of the page. To create a new badge, click the Add Badge + button:

When you create a new badge, you will be asked for the following:

  • A name for the badge
  • A description of the badge
  • An image of what the badge looks like

Once you've completed all fields, click the "Save" button to save your new badge:


The Admins page is where you can set the permissions for everyone in your organization that will have access to the management dashboard. To view your current Administrators or to add a new one, click Admins in the Settings sub-menu:

When the page loads, scroll down to view all of your Administrators and their current permissions. You can modify an Admin's permissions by selecting or deselecting any of the available checkboxes and then clicking the "Update Roles" button. You can also select or deselect all permissions by clicking the checkbox near the top:

To add a new Administrator, use the Add widget on the right side of the page. Enter the email address for the person you would like to add, and click the "Add Administrator" button:



The Teams page is where you can create and manage different groups of users for your channel. Teams are a way to organize your dashboard administrators and assets, like campaigns, lists, and email correspondence. See the in-depth article about Teams to learn more.
