Awarding and Managing Users with Badges

What are Badges?

Badges are a smart engagement tool that allows you to interact with the creators, form a sense of community, and filter creators for your searches.

Badges can be given to influencers as a way to show that you appreciate the work that they are doing. For example, you can create a badge for users who have consistently met posting requirements for a certain number of campaigns, or a badge for users whose post(s) have reached a certain level of engagement on social media. The reasons for giving badges are entirely up to you, and users will often show off the accomplishment by displaying these badges on their own blogs.

Manage Badges

To create a new badge or manage existing badges, go to dashboard settings on the left-hand side and click the "Badges" tab.

To create a new badge, click "Create Badge" and fill out the table:

When you create a new badge, you will be asked for the following:

  • A name for the badge
  • A description of the badge
  • An image of what the badge looks like

Once you've completed all fields, click the "Save" button to save your new badge.

To edit a badge, click on the badge name, update the table, and save.

Award Badges to Creators

When you want to award a creator a badge, go to their profile and click on the hamburger menu on the upper left corner:

Click "Add to Badge or List":

Check the box next to the badge you want to give and it's automatically saved.

You may add or remove a creator from any badges at any time.

Search Creators by Badges

You already know to go to the User tab when you look up creators or discover new users.

Under "My Creators" tab, your private creator hub, click the magnifying glass button on the top right corner and you will see the search filters.

Choose the badge you want to search against under the "List" filter.

The search results will automatically populate once you choose a badge in the filter.
